Hi everyone, thanks so much for reporting this to us! It looks like we do have an open ticket for this issue now. Because the problem is intermittent, it's going to take a bit of time for us to monitor and narrow down what exactly is causing it to happen so we don't have an ETA yet, but our video team is on it and hopefully it should be fixed soon.
