You can view the charges incurred by your Shaw services and payments you've made, within any date range, using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) or the My Shaw mobile app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store)

 

View transactions using the My Shaw website

To view past transactions using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca.
  2. Sign in using your Shaw ID and password.
  3. Click My Bills.
  4. Scroll down to Account History.
  5. Under Transactions, use the dropdown menus to select a date range to display.
  6. Click Go.

To view past transactions using the My Shaw mobile app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap Billing in the bottom menu.
  3. Tap Transaction History.
  4. Set a date range to display transactions for that period.
