I literally was a Shaw customer for over 35 years. I was treated so badly from customer service I left. Being left with no choice I returned. I placed my order online it was shipped to me I recieved it I plugged it in was nothing but an error on your end it was barely anything done the guy on the phone had to go through the whole thing activating totally himself which even he made an error I was supposed to get crave free for a month and was never on their. As am going through my transactions on my account I saw a $50 activation fee. You guys did absolutely nothing on my end you never had to come you nevere needed to do any work on my apt as was already set up. Everything was totally done online. So you get $50 for punching keys. That isn't right at all. I could see it if I called customer service and they did it all but they did. Wow seems like charge that there isn't really much there to justify $50. Just kind of seems like a grab for more money. It doesn't make sense.
