BILLING CHANGES

Every 21 days now for billing. NICE WAY to soak people for late charges. Easy way to add 10 bucks or more every month to your bill now. With threats to disconnect emailed.  I used to pay every month to the day, (within 2-3 days) for a couple years now, never a problem. The new billing changes are a greasy, dirty move.

Not correct. You still get one invoice per month, not one every 21 days.

To avoid "late" fees, you may sign-up with Rogers for auto-debit. The auto-debit will occur 14 days after the issue-date of the invoice.

Or, without auto-debit, you must pay by the 21st day after the issue-date of the invoice:

1. online through the My Shaw Portal,
2. physically at your local bank/credit-union, but allow 2 or 3 business days for your payment to receive Rogers' computers,
3. online via your bank/credit-union web-site.  Again, allow a few days for your payment to be received.

Note that credit-card companies also give you "21 days" to pay their invoices.
