Hi @Binguan , there are many open threads in regards to your query, I'm quite surprised you did not notice them but regardless here is a link to one of the threads that is related to your question.  Shaw sent Notice that taking 2 payments in one Mon... - Shaw Support Rogers/Shaw effective July 15th changed their autopay withdrawal period to 14 days after invoice issued and changed to overall payment due date if you pay manually to 21 days after invoice issued, please give the other thread a read and you will see that you are not the only one asking about all these changes, and us volunteers have tried our best to explain it to people on that and other thread posts.  Hopefully it will answer your questions, boy what a nightmare this has been.

@Binguan -- welcome to this peer-to-peer discussion forum, where volunteers try to help.

On July 28, you paid for 30 days of TV/Internet -- from June 28 to July 27. You were invoiced on June 28 for the service between those 2 dates. See their invoice for a notice that Shaw would be changing their payment schedule, effective July 15.

On July 28,  when their new schedule was in effect, you were invoiced for services from July 28 to August 27.

As @g-idk indicated, Shaw auto-debited you 14 days after July 28.  View that invoice to see the same thing -- dates of service, issue date of the invoice, and payment-due date, given that you allowed auto-debit to occur.
