Volunteers do not have access to your Shaw account.
So, are you paying on a month-by-month plan, or are you on a two-year Value Plan that has not recently ended. The expiry would shift you to the higher-cost month-by-month plan.
Note that the recent Shaw invoices announce a price-increase, but also report that the increase will not apply during your current contract.
On your newest invoice, you may see a price-increase listed, PLUS an increase in a promotional discount, to show a "net-zero" cost-change, relative to your previous month's invoice.
