I was told I was getting crave for free and I get my bill and I'm getting charged 22 a month for it??? How come??
@Oilerfan8 , I have also got the free crave offer and on my bill it says the $22.00 but it also shows in the discounts $22.00 credit to make the balance 0 . It also shows on my bill that the promotion ends in 2 months and then I will be billed the regular 22.00 per month. Does it not show the discount on your bill? Is there any chance your 2 months is finished now and you are now getting billed? If there is no discount and your first 2 months is not over, then I would recommend that you call or chat to Rogers/Shaw billing dept. to see where the problem lies.
I got charged the $22.00 but it does not show a credit of $22.00 What is going on and it is extremely difficult to speak with anyone.
@OreoScot Are you sure you were eligible for the free 2 months offer? Did you get a confirmation email that you now subscribe to Crave and the terms of the free 2 months, and then after that you get charged $22.00 a month. I took them up on the offer back in Oct. and it was set to expire Dec.22 , so I canceled Crave the week before and everything went smoothly I never ended paying anything, I had the 2 months of credits of $22.00 and after I canceled no Crave has showed up on my most recent bill. Is this your first month and first bill with the Crave offer?
