Really? I renewed in February 2021, and the My Shaw Portal still shows that Shaw, not a reseller, is still billing me.

Plus, I have Shaw Mobile for "free", because I qualify as a Shaw Internet customer, not as a customer of a reseller.

A 'reseller' is perhaps used indiscriminately here - in this case it's an 'agent' (not a Shaw employee, but from more of a marketing-type firm) that gets a commission to sign up people to contracts for Shaw-provided services.

Too bad that Shaw tends to reward new customers with better deals than are offered to existing, long-time customers.
