I keep this in mind when I have an option for a different server. Forced compliance is not popular.

I have found that once I enter the two step verification in a web browser, I am never asked again, I assume that the my iPad and iPhone got added to a trusted device list.

@shaw-petty While I can use two step verification when logging in through a web browser, it is the iOS app that doesn’t work for me. When I finish entering the code, the number boxes go blank, and I can’t get in to the app. I did a video screen shot if you want to see what I mean.

After reading the responses here regarding two-step verification, I can only assume the problem lies solely with Rogers. I won't list everything I have noticed online and on TV that Rogers has its sticky fingers all over. They are trying to cut corners everywhere to help pay for their takeover of Shaw. I have had many slowdowns and dropouts with my internet browsing, and the TV volume is anything but stable. Whatever happened to the promised same volume on all channels? It worked fine until Rogers came along!

@gtbell , Totally understand that you are frustrated and the right of your opinion, but I have no such issues that you mention about internet dropping, tv volume being different, and zero problem with 2 step verification as long as you don't remove Rogers/Shaw cookies from the browser that you are using, and if they are removed a new code is sent to you immediately the next time you try to log in.  In todays world there should be 2 step verification on almost  any business that you have an account with, unless of course you want your accounts to be hacked.  I'm not sure it is Rogers/Shaw fault for trying to keep your account secure and safe.  But like you, this is my personal opinion.  If you are having all these issues with your internet and tv, have you contacted Rogers/Shaw to do any troubleshooting, because I see on here that the last time you posted was 3 years ago and you haven't mentioned anything till now.  Hopefully you can get your issues worked out and have a good experience.
