Hi @petes , I would suggest that you either phone 1-888-472-2222/ or try the chat function and explain to Shaw about you not being able to retrieve the code, since you cannot access that email account. I'm sure after verifying your identity for the Shaw account they can make the changes for you or supply maybe a temp. password.

What happens? Any error-message?
Can you logon to the My Shaw Portal ? If so, you can change the password for your E-mail ID(s).
Or, contact Shaw (1-888-472-2222) and get them to set up your ID on that Portal.
I'm trying to log in to my Shaw App but they keep asking for verification code that is going to my old phone number, yet they have my new one on file
