Yes, you may.
Please read the previous messages in this thread, where there is an answer to your question.
@959531 -- check via the My Shaw Portal to see if your payment has been received by Shaw.
If you paid through this portal, Shaw has received your payment.
If you paid through your bank/credit-union, it may take a few days, even in this world of electronic banking, for Shaw to receive your payment.
In the past, I have accidentally missed one payment, and then paid it within the month, and Shaw did not cut-off my services. So, don't panic, unless you are several months in arrears.
A telephone-call to Shaw (1-888-472-2222) to confirm the payment might be useful.
Make payment arrangements
@Keithbroadwood , how to do this was answered already on page 1 of this thread, contact Rogers/Shaw directly.
@Keithbroadwood -- welcome to this peer-to-peer discussion forum, where volunteers try to help.
For any "billing" issues, such as wanting to make partial payments, none of the volunteers can access your Shaw Account, and take any action.
As @g-idk stated, you must directly contact Rogers/Shaw: 1-888-472-2222 and select their "billing" department, during normal office hours, to make an arrangement.
