I recommend that you contact Shaw (1-888-472-2222) to see if they can "link" the two accounts to one Shaw ID, or if you need to have one Shaw ID for each account.
Do you mean your My Shaw? You can login to your My Shaw account and try and add your business account under “Manage Accounrs”
