@lcous , Hey no worries! No apology needed. There have many complaints about the wait times, ever since they did all these changes on payment dates and increased prices on rental tv boxes. Wish I could have helped you, but we are just regular folks on here trying to help out where we can.

Huh? I think that you were talking to a scammer, not to a "Rogers together with Shaw" agent.
Did you call them, at 1-888-472-2222, or some other number?

While talking to a "Shaw Business" Agent yesterday, he admitted the long queues, on both "Residential" (where he used to work) and on "Business" support, and recommended to give feedback to Rogers/Shaw -- to be a "squeaky wheel" as the best way to get faster support.
