Haven't been able to log into my account all month, tried on multiple computers, different browsers, wifi and mobile, no dice.
Hi @JustShowMe , no problems here with logging into MyShaw account webpage, the website is working fine. Have you tried clearing all your cookies and cache from the browser and then retrying? If that doesn't work then you should contact Shaw Support directly by either the Chat function, phone, social media messenger, so they can look into the matter for you. Maybe there is some sort of problem with your account that you are unaware of, since this is happening on multiple devices. Sorry that's all I can help with since this is only a peer to peer discussion forum for Shaw users.
I ran into the same problem. I use android mobile. After trying new Browsers with no luck I have found the only way to sign into my Shaw Webmail or My Shaw is to use my Chrome Browser with Incognito.
