Overpayment

Overpayment. I over paid my 88-year-old fathers Shaw bill by $430.00 over the past year.

This is a large sum of money for him as he lives in long term assistive dementia care.

This money right now would be a good send as his CPP and OAS cover his care with nothing left over

Ia there no way to expedite this?

I forgot to mention that they stated it will be a two month wait

@Kfuterko -- after "two months" of not getting invoiced by Shaw, since his account has $430 in credit, the amount of his credit probably will be greatly reduced. Sigh.

Be a good son, and just give him $430, if he is competent to be responsible with spending it. After all, you don't need to make any payments of your money into his account, for a few months. So, rather than paying Shaw over the next few months, pay your father.
