I made a payment by mistake to my old account at Shaw, I'm not a shaw client since July after my contract ended and returned the equipment and paid my last bill.
when I was doing the monthly online banking I paid to Shaw instead of the new provider, I should have deleted shaw account from my banking list , I didn't realize until I saw the bill from my new provider with unpaid service.
the payment was done on Oct 28th for $200.
how can I get my money back?
call shaw collections or billing and tell them to refund he money by check or refund directly to your bank and call your bank and dispute and tell them to put he money to telus from shaw, i made a mistake before and they switched the money from one provider to the next on one phone call.
