On which website(s) have you enabled two-step verification? Your online banking? GMail? The My Shaw Portal?
You probably will need to contact the "support" department of each of those sites to announce your new telephone-number.
I have a similar problem.
I got a new phone, but couldn't change the number inside the My Shaw website. I tried to log in again, and the two-step verification is being sent to my old phone number. I looked into the "chat support", but that's useless. I don't use Whatsapp; I don't have an iphone; and the web message link is dead.
Is this because Shaw really doesn't want to talk to their customers?
Sure they will, after a couple hours on hold or a message saying call back our office is closed!!! They changed my number for me and still couldn’t change the number so I could sign in!!! Useless
I have a shot Mobile account now can you use my number from my phone here instead of using the old one I'm not getting my confirmation numbers my number is 825-436 1 439 no I'm tired of chasing after you people
Please stop using my old number ! I have a Shaw Mobile account number !! So use it please before I disconnect everything in my cable and go somewhere else people are stupid or what ??
