I have been billed, twice now, for $20.00 each month for "Crave TV" but I am unable to view it because it has never been "activated". I believe that it is fraudulent to charge a customer for a service which is not delivered. I telephoned your contact support to complain, and they only responded with whining and complaining about some technical glitch
being experienced which was not resolved but, I noted that the charge is, again, on my current bill and I insist that you return the $40.00 overcharge together with any federal and provincial taxes charged, directly to our account
Why? Never signed up, never activated, never used it. How can you be charged for... nothing?

At some time in the past, you must have signed a contract that included Crave.
Rogers/Shaw does not do "negative billing" -- signing you up for something that costs you money.
Through the My Shaw Portal, click on "Bills" and scroll-down to "Transactions", to see all transactions against your account for the most-recent 24 months, to see when the charge for Crave started.
