My bill shows a transaction fee of $100.00 for failure to return the old modem following a recent update. From what I could tell on the information about returns, my old modem did not have to be returned. How can I settle this?
@judyyoung46 Which modem? If you have it, send it in. You will need to contact Rogers directly to get this sorted out.
It's better to return it no matter what, doesn't cost you anything and it's better to be safe than sorry.
@judyyoung46 -- after Shaw_together_with_Rogers receives your shipment of the cable-modem, check on the My Shaw Portal for a "credit" of $100 listed on your next monthly invoice, thus lowering your next amount payable.
