@Jamesatsequel Correction, it looks like e-bill is mandatory, however, you can go back to e-bill if you meet the following conditions.
If you are 65 years or older, do not have internet or a wireless data plan, or have accessibility needs, please contact us to have paper bills mailed to you.
I would like to still receive my bill through the mail.

You need to contact Shaw/Rogers for your "billing" issue.
Or, logon to the My Shaw Portal, and you can print your monthly invoice, for the most-recent 24 months.
