why am I recieving cancellation notice ?

I have a current credit  balance of .97 cents Why do I keep getting notices that I will be disconnected if not brought up to date..and I can't get through to talk to a person this is very frustrating ...

Fix it please.

@Roxanneblais  I hate to be the bearer of more bad news but this is only a peer to peer discussion forum and not a direct path to Rogers/Shaw support or billing dept. only some community volunteers on here, there is no one from Rogers/Shaw actually on here to see your post.  You are going to have to contact them directly either thru the chat service or phone 1-888-472-2222.  Do those notices say you are behind in your payments? even with a 97cent credit.  Have you checked with your account in the myshaw app or my.shaw.ca website after logging in go to the billing section and you can view all the transactions that have been billed to your account.  You can chose a specific time frame to go through or look at previous invoices, maybe this might give you a clue as to what is going on.  You are still probably going to have to talk to them directly though in the end.  Sorry not much help otherwise.
