There's about a 50/50 chance that both charges would be invoiced before the credit-card's monthly cut-off date, because your cut-off date can be any day in a month (28 or 29 or 30 or 31 days).  So, you "lost the lottery". Not the fault of Rogers. Not the fault of your credit-card supplier.

@scam , this is only a peer to peer discussion forum and not a direct path to Rogers/Shaw Support or Billing.  You would need to contact Rogers/Shaw directly either through the chat service or phone at 1-888-472-2222.  Also your post is not clear and confusing,  Rogers/Shaw will send you a bill every month and then you pay that bill either manually or autopay with your Rogers credit card,  Did you already pay and they say you didn't?  Sorry but confused here.
