As the "fine print" states in the two-year Value Plan that you agreed-to, the monthly charges for TV and for Internet WILL NOT CHANGE for the duration. Charges for other services (telephone, add-on channels, PPV, secondary/tertiary TV boxes, et cetera) are NOT "frozen". Caveat emptor.
