what equipment do I need to connect my landline phone to the bluecurve modem
It is my understanding that you must have "BlueCurve Total", to activate the telephone-ports on the back of the device. Any 4-wire telephone-cord can be used to connect to your telephone. However, if you have more than one "wired" telephone in different rooms in your home, you'll need to talk to Shaw. At the moment, due to COVID-19, Shaw technicians are making house-calls only to the outside of your home, not entering your home, and then only for total loss-of-service situations. So, after the "all-clear" (30 days? 60 days? 90 days?), a Shaw technician would have to interface from the BlueCurve to your inside-the-walls telephone wiring for your multiple telephone-outlets.
