Contacts and Calendar Options/Toggle missing when adding Shaw email account

Due to a SHAW outage I had to remove my account and then add it back in (as per customer service).  Historically when I added an account you could toggle on contacts, calendar, email, notes.  Now I have added my account back in you can only toggle on email and notes.  

Can someone advise how to add the contacts and calendar features back into an IPHONE?  Using current 16 IOS.

When adding account SETTINGS, MAIL, ACCOUNTS... now it has three different sections:  Mail, Contacts, and Calendars.

Under Contacts it has "Add LDAP Account" or "Add CARDDAV account" - what information is required here for SHAW?

Under Calendar it has "Add CALDAV Account" or Add Subscribed Calendar" - what information is required here for SHAW?

Hi there,

Did you ever get an answer for this? I've been having an issue with MS365 (Exchange/Active Sync - Outlook for 7 months) Calendar is not syncing properly. I'm interested in setting up my account (Calendar/Contact) in the same manner as you describe.
