When I go to My Shaw and select Phone from My Services its as if I have no phone service even though my phone still works.
None of the on-line account features are available to me and my phone number isn't even displayed. (See below)

I recommend that you contact Shaw Support ( www.shaw.ca/chat ) or 1-888-472-2222 get this "billing" issue resolved.
