why is Telus land line only can not call my Shaw land phone? others ISP Rogers could

recently found out that Shaw and Rogers land line can phone me but JUST NOT TELUS? error said invalid number and dial tone is disconnnected! thx

Contact Telus support..

Your phone service works..  If Telus customer's can't call you than a Telus customer needs to contact their support team..  Have a couple ideas why, but really, it doesn't matter..  The Telus back-end teams needs to fix it.
