If you are using a Shaw wireless modem and have customized your network name (SSID) and password and can no longer remember the login credentials you will need to restore your Wireless Modem to the default settings
Once you have obtained this information, you can select your wireless network through your TV by following these steps (may not apply to every LG Smart TV, see link below for more support):

  1. Hit the Home button on your LG TV remote
  2. Select Settings > Network > Network Connections
  3. Select Wireless*
  4. Click Start Connection
  5. Find your Shaw network name in the list of available networks and select it
  6. Enter your network password
  7. Your wireless connection should now be set up
