1/3 internet speed since July 25th

I switched over to the gigabit internet a few months ago and had mostly great speeds. Since Monday I’ve had my speeds down to less than half of their usual speed (150-300mb/S) vs the 600-800mb/S I was getting last week. 

I’ve contacted support and they sent another modem but it didn’t resolve the issue. I need this to be further looked at but no one seems to be able to help me.

This is a user-to-user discussion forum. I recommend that you contact Shaw (online chat is currently preferred over telephone) to get them to trouble-shoot, including remotely logging-on to your BlueCurve, to view its statistics, e.g., "weak signal", or "out-of-spec".
