@Chanimal that is very odd. We previously had a similar inquiry and the steps worked. Let me touch base with our engineer to see if there was a recent change. Sorry for any frustrations, I appreciate your patience.
Update: Our engineers have advised that the advanced settings are supposed to become available again after you remove Pods and factory reset. We can get Tier 2 support to look into the issue but you will need to take the BlueCurve Gateway out of bridge mode so the teams can troubleshoot. Once you’ve done that, let me know and we will get a support ticket created.
