@nezroy -- you drew an ellipse around "3428", corresponding to an average of "53".

If you remove that "outlier": (330*53-1*3428)/(330-1) the average becomes "48".

If you assume that there were 2 similar outiers: (330*53-2*3428)/(330-2), the average becomes "32". Quite a smaller "average" value.

One bad apple spoils the whole bunch.  🙂

That "1.1" is your Shaw router; that "32.1" is the Shaw router located in your city.

For that "32.1" Shaw router, the number of "Sent" and "Received" packets match -- the router did respond, but very slower, at least once.

The results of my "traceroute" to your destination IP-address:

   15 ms  74.125.243.195
   18 ms  142.250.209.10
   63 ms  74.125.37.82
    *     Request timed out.
   63 ms  142.250.235.24
    *     72.14.234.8
   62 ms  209.85.250.147
   63 ms  108.170.243.225

   59 ms  lga15s48-in-f206.1e100.net [172.217.4.206]

The "hop" between "142.250.209.10" to "74.125.37.82" seems to be a bottle-neck (over a year later after you posted your message).
