Bad service, Dishonest customer service

Hi,

I'm not very happy with the service lately and recently had some dishonest encounter with customer service, I was told my plan was cancelled but I was still charged for it saying that the department didn't follow up with the correct department to cancel hence ill have to pay, Although I provided the screenshot,

Also, I find the internet has been weirdly slow lately so I want to cancel my 2-year plan, I'm 2 months in I guess and didn't have time to go thru as I have been very busy with work,. Is there a way to get rid of their services without paying a hefty amount?

PS: I have been a loyal Shaw customer for a long time but this last dishonest service pushed me off the cliff!
