I already contacted Shaw technical support. They told me it was my laptop securities. I get Netflix with no problem? I can get into Curve it downloads everything until I hit play on my selection. This is the error code I get! I am getting very frustrated.

Have you tried using a different browser? Do the titles play ok through the BlueCurve app and on the BlueCurve boxes?
