@LivingGod probably a bad ground on the drop, could be house wiring too, but it is likely the drop. If there is a technician coming, see if he can removed the drop amp.
No house wiring issue. No burning anywhwere. Also bc hydro came 1 year ago gave clean chit
so shaw is doing something
