Bridge mode and DMZ or Secondary IP

Is it possible with the Arris XB6 to have a device in the DMZ and have the unit in Bridge mode at the same time?   Or, better still, have the device in Bridge mode but also have a secondary IP address for a 2nd network?

Hey tailtwister,

This is a bit outside of our scope of support. Personally, I don't believe a DMZ can be active when the modem is bridged. However, if you do have a secondary IP enabled, bridging the modem will give you access to two IPs for two separate networks.

Hope that helps,

Thanks, Tony.

We got it all setup by adding the secondary IP which did what I needed.

Not applicable

You can bridge the modem to access to 2 IPs (192.168.0.1) for two separate networks.
