Cable has been out since 1 pm. Maintenance notice say NE will have maintenance but only intermittently and for 15 minutes at a time.
I have been calling Shaw since 1:00 pm and finally got a guy trying to help me but he had no clue something was wrong in NE Calgary since he was in Belize which is in the Caribbean. How can they know anything that is this going on in Calgary from the Caribbean? Calling tomorrow to speak to a manager. So mad because he made me unplug several plugs and had to reboot our box several times for nothing!!!!!

The same way someone in Nanaimo knows what is going on in Calgary.
Sometimes the outages take some time to get down to the front line staff.
