Can not multi select email with Shift + Click

As of a couple months, the Shaw email list updated and I am no longer able to use "Shift + Click" to select multiple emails.

Was there an update tot the Shaw client to no longer allow this short cut? Or is there an email preference that I need to turn on in order to re-enable this short cut? Thank you.

@andyachan To multi-select email with Shift + Click, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to wm.shaw.ca

2. Click on "Preferences" on the menu.

3. Under the General Tab, find Login Options and check off "Advanced (AJAX)".

4. Click on Save (top left area besides cancel).

5. Sign out and back in to refresh the update.

You can try the shift + click shortcuts to select multiple messages in any folder.
