Can't send mail

I've suddenly been unable to send mail (even to myself) and some of the emails being sent to me are bouncing back to senders but some are getting through. This is happening on my iPad, iPhone and Mac and internet webmail. I haven't changed any settings or software or device. I'm using my shaw modem at home and wifi is working. My webmail is not full. Help!

I presume that you mean the Shaw WebMail interface

It is remotely possible that Shaw's E-mail filtering, now outsourced to a company called "CloudFilter", has "black-listed" all E-mail sent from your Shaw E-mail ID.  Login to the My Shaw Portal, and create a new ID -- you are allowed to have at least 5 IDs. Using that ID, login to Shaw WebMail, and send a "test" message from the new ID to the new ID, and send another from the new ID to your current ID. Are both messages delivered? Any "bounce-back" error-message?

I tried that and I can send and receive from the new id. How can I fix my original account?

You cannot fix it, except by contacting Shaw ( 1-888-472-2222 or www.shaw.ca/chat ) and getting them to fix it, by telling them what you have written, namely that sending from ID "A" does not work, but sending from ID "B", through the same interface, does work.
