The size is crazy compared to others and I am constantly getting quota messages. Soemtimes I can't even send. Also if someone tries to send me a message will they get an error?

Within Shaw WebMail, on the left-hand edge, move the mouse-pointer over the "Trash" folder-name, and hover there, to see something like "666 messages occupying 777 MB". Repeat for the "Sent" folder-name. Open the "Trash" folder, and "empty" it. Open the "Sent" folder, and individually delete some of the larger messages. Re-open the "Trash" folder, and again "empty" it. Now, is your usage well-below your quota?
Yes, the sender will receive an error-message, but it's cryptic. If the sender does understand the message, and then takes the time to telephone/text you, then you will know that they were trying to send something to you.
I keep getting warnings about email too full, tried to delete sent folder with no success. What do i do to increase the size of the email box?
Unfortunately, there is no option to increase the mail storage. Make sure you are also emptying the trash folder from webmail.shaw.ca.
