I've been trying to make a payment using different cards (TD, ATB, ...) and it was unsuccessful every time, I keep receiving the following error:
Server Error
I chatted with an agent, he tried to make the payment himself using my saved banking info online which was unsuccessful. Then I used a different card but got the same error. He insisted that my cards (all of them together) were not working and I should contact my banks. I told him that I regularly use my cards (I just used one of them a few hours ago) so I am pretty sure that they are working fine and also there is no way that my cards stop working altogether. Yet, he kept saying that there is nothing wrong with Shaw account/service and he cannot help.
Then I called Shaw and I was on the phone with another agent, he tried again and failed. We tried paying without logging in and we failed. Then he suggested that I should try again later. I informed him that I already tried doing this several times in the last couple of days and nothing had changed. Yet, he said that he cannot do anything to help.
So would anyone please help me get rid of this issue and pay?
Thanks
Hi @Hosse1ni , why don't you just pay via online banking thru your bank account or credit card, it should be easy. On your banks website there should be a spot that says Pay Bills. I always pay my bills this way. Hope this suggestion helps.
Hi there, Thanks for your reply. Actually, that probably solves the problem. I would give it a try if the autopayment that I set does not work tonight.
But I also want to be able to make the payment when I log into my Shaw account (like what I do when I pay for my electricity or cell phone). I wonder what is causing the problem. Let's see if anyone knows why this happens and how to solve it.
Thanks again.
I've been having the same error for weeks ๐ I'm about to switch my service if it continues
