@emraell I haven't heard of any other reports of ongoing issues in your area. Do you notice the modem rebooting or the light on top changing when there is a disconnection? Are the issues over WiFi only or direct connections via ethernet to the modem reporting the same problem?

Modem is not rebooting, the admin interface remains responsive. See screenshots. The issue affects both wired and wireless connections.
@emraell hmm, it might be a faulty modem if that is happening. The signal in the area looks solid with no reports of interruptions.
We have lost our internet TV all connectivity today December 21 as well as intermittent loss December 19& 20
