Internet randomly dying for all wired and wifi devices. Brand new XB7 modem, brand new condo building - wiring is excellent, technician has checked it out and said signal is great.
No networking equipment in the mix, just the XB7.
Modem error logs show the following, which Shaw support apparently has no idea about when I've contacted them, and our technician said he'd see if he could escalate. He didn't feel it was the new modem causing the issue.
We're attempting to root through all devices and ensure IPv6 is off to hopefully deal with this error and it's getting better but not gone, and this is getting crazy. We can't keep going down like this! Please help.

@leahthompson -- you seem to have two distinct issues:
1. some device of yours is not completely following the DHCP-v6 protocol, and is sending an incomplete DHCP-request to your cable-modem,
2. Internet randomly dying.
For the first issue, you need to determine which device of yours sent a DHCP-request at that date/time.
For the second issue, you need to contact Shaw Support (1-888-472-2222 or www.shaw.ca/chat ) to trouble-shoot. Possibly, it could be a "dud" of a cable-modem.
I see those errors as well, but I am not having any connection issues, so I have just ignored them.
Mine dies every few minutes for the last week. Shaw says They don't know.
It's kind of like Rogers. They don't work well with updates either.
They should go very well together.
