Good morning mdk, I contacted Shaw after connecting my new modem we were having problems, his only suggestion was to connect my old modem, and he would set it up on your end. So I'm paying for 700 and only getting 300? He did not mention anything about that. I know you never receive the total 700, I use a newer tablet not a computer. I have already returned the new modem to shaw. Maybe you can help me out with this situation. If you look at my account you will see the problems I have had...no comparison to buying a toaster.
