CTV - watch missed Blue Bloods episodes on their website

trying to watch episode 16 of season 10 of Blue Bloods that we missed.  I am asked to choose my server (Shaw) and then sign in which I do.  the episodes all show but with little padlocks in the "play" icons.  I choose the one I want - then a black screen appears with the words "sign in" (which I just did).  just  doesn't work - have tried endlessly.  I am using the correct password too by the way. any hints please

Episode 16 of Season 10: The First 100 Days 

shows white text "sign in to watch" over a black background. Clicking that text shows a list of Internet Service Providers, including Shaw.

After signing-in with my "My Shaw" ID, I see:

Oops! Clicked "reply" too soon, and "edit reply" is not working for me.

Clicking on the triangle on the largest image plays a commercial (unavoidable, of course).

I do see the "locks" superimposed on the triangles on the smaller images, but clicking (oops, almost wrote "licking") the smaller image caused that other episode to start streaming.

So, which web-browser are you using? Windows 8? Windnows 10? Apple OS? Apple iPad?
