@DianeTrelenberg is this after downloading the picture? Can you tell me what the extension is (.jpg, .tiff, etc)? Also, can you try opening the picture using a different program or a web browser?

Hey HelProft,

When in Webmail, depending on what interface you're viewing, when the email is selected/open you should see either a link for the image where the subject line would be, or a View link next to a preview of the image. If these are not showing up, try using a different browser and see if you can access.

This works for me.  forwarding the email to myself.  Then I can open the attachment.  But I have no problem viewing on my iphone.

I can open attachments on my PC (main source), but not on Samsung phone.

As of the past few weeks, I can't open any attachments on my desktop,  it will only let me download or save the attachment,  

I can open attachments on my iphone without difficulty.    Help!!!!

If you try using a different computer, does it work? If so, it may be an issue with your computer.
