I've set up email on mobile phone both IMAP and Exchange but have not been able to send out emails when I'm not connected to mobile network. Anyone been able to fix this issue?

Exchange should work.. IMAP you will likely be using the outgoing email server of your mobile provider. Change to mail.shaw.ca using port 587 and login using your Shaw email address and password.
What phone model are you using? Which email application?
