I have problems with Shaw email accounts:
When sending emails I get an error on both Win10 and iPad-OS10.3:
"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Server: 'mail.shaw.ca'

Thank you for reaching out! It may be a setting or password related issue, I'd recommend ensuring the settings details are the same as the ones here for the iPad and Windows 10. If they are the same, then the password may not be secure enough and you will need to update that here. Do you notice any issues when trying to send emails out from the webmail client directly?
