I bought Globe WIFI Color tunable white lights from Costco and cannot get them to pair with Shaw Gateway modem or my phone. Any suggestions?

Do you know if those devices only connect to 2.4GHz network? If so, you may need to separate your networks so you can access just the 2.4GHz in order to connect them. You can find directions on where to find that here. Just check the box shown in the image to use 2 different network names and that should allow you to access both individually.
My daughter got them working. She said she had to configure the ports. Spent a couple of hours talking to technical support for Globe Suite.
What are the port forward settings? I am having similar issues...
I've set up the globesuite lights with my Shaw wifi, but none of the routines work. I suspect this is because the lights need a 2.4 network.
@1- -- you may configure the WiFi in your cable-modem to have one network-ID for the 2.4 Ghz band, and a different network-ID for the 5 Ghz band. Then, see if your device will connect to the ID for the 2.4 Ghz band.
