@1- Ugh, they changed the app…again. Open the Ignite HomeConnect app, select WiFi, select WiFi Details, select Edit WiFi Settings, scroll down to the to Split bands….you can figure it out from there.
Once your devices are connected, you should be able to turn band steering back on.
Thanks @rstra it does look like the app has had a few changes since the time of that posting. I'll pass along to see about having that page updated.
I have my globe suite light set up following those instructions, but it doesn't follow pre-programmed schedules. I think this is because the light is not connected unless the globe suite app is open.
