49 days and counting after getting sent to collector despite having paid off my bill. I'm getting daily robocalls from Gatestone/NCR that fill up my voicemail.
I've already spoken to a manager in the Shaw contact center, forwarded a copy of my paid off bill to the collection agency hasn't solved anything.
You can be sure I'll never be a Shaw customer again after this.
Someone needs to sue them for this, when it affects credit rating, You did what you were told to do. They're customer service is a joke.
